We offer a full propane service and delivery with .50 cent per gallon savings for residents.

We have a fully fenced and mowed grass dog park.

Kids will love our fully covered and shaded Pirate Park, so playing in the sun is still fun!!

RV Big Spring Cabins and Workforce Housing.

On the property, we have 60 apartments available for rent. All units have heating and air conditioning. 36 of our units are cabins and the other 24 are deluxe suites. All offer full kitchens with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink, cabinets, dining room table and 2 chairs.

The apartments are configured either:

  • 1 bed units with couches or
  • 2 bed units
  • Each bed is a very comfortable full size mattress and all linens and towels are provided.
  • Each room has its own bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink.
  • There is regular cleaning on the rooms on a bi-weekly basis.
  • All units have privacy windows and full keyless lock entry.
  • All bills are paid for 1 low price and the rooms can be rented daily, weekly or monthly.

RV Big Spring Propane Service.

We have a full-service propane station on site. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All residents of the park get .50 cents off per gallon of propane and delivery to and from your trailer is available at no fee to you.

Many residents choose to drop their bottles off in the morning for filling and pick them up at the end of the day. A charge to the residents credit card on file is applied for the payment of propane.
